If you wish to change or cancel your order, please reach out via. e-mail to hello@noiri.com with your order number. If your order number is not available, make sure to provide as many details about your order as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.
We offer free shipping on domestic U.S. purchases over $100 and free international shipping on orders over $200.

We are happy to provide worldwide international shipping for free on orders over $200 or for a flat rate of $25. We are able to ship wherever FedEx delivers. For fastest delivery, please be sure to provide your address in English characters.

If you encounter any issues with your NOIRI piece, please email hello@noiri.com with your order number and any relevant information such as photos, etc.
If you are not satisfied with your NOIRI garment, your order can be returned or exchanged within 15 days.

Each piece we design is limited edition and available exclusively during its' launch season. If you would like to request a restock on a style, let us know at hello@noiri.com and if demand is high, it might return.
Each NOIRI silk garment comes wrapped in a branded NOIRI box, making each purchase an excellent gift. We do not offer any additional wrappings.
